About the Role
The Tokenomics Architect / Cryptoeconomist will design the economic structure behind VistralNova's digital asset and interactive product ecosystem. This role focuses on token utility, reward flows, staking mechanics, asset sinks, incentive design, and long-term ecosystem sustainability. You will work closely with product, game design, blockchain, backend, and leadership teams to ensure that token systems support the product experience in a responsible and practical way. This role is not about creating hype or short-term speculation. It is about designing clear, balanced, and sustainable economic systems that align user incentives with long-term platform health.
What You'll Do
- Design token utility, reward structures, staking mechanics, and ecosystem incentives.
- Build economic models for in-game assets, rewards, marketplace activity, and player participation.
- Work with game designers to ensure token mechanics support gameplay instead of replacing it.
- Analyze supply, demand, inflation, sinks, emissions, and long-term sustainability.
- Create tokenomics documentation, economic simulations, and system diagrams.
- Collaborate with smart contract and backend teams to translate economic rules into technical requirements.
- Identify risks related to imbalance, farming behavior, speculation, abuse, and unsustainable reward loops.
- Support compliance-aware planning around tokens, rewards, and digital asset systems.
What We Look For
- Experience with tokenomics, game economy design, cryptoeconomics, or digital asset economics.
- Strong understanding of token utility, staking, emissions, incentives, and ecosystem balance.
- Ability to build clear economic models and explain complex systems simply.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets, simulations, or data-driven modeling.
- Understanding of Web3 user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and digital ownership systems.
- Ability to work with game design, blockchain, product, and engineering teams.
- Responsible approach to sustainability, fairness, and long-term ecosystem design.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing token economies for Web3 games, NFT platforms, or digital marketplaces.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, staking contracts, reward systems, and on-chain analytics.
- Experience with financial modeling, mechanism design, or behavioral economics.
- Understanding of compliance considerations around tokens, rewards, and digital assets.
