About the Role
The Technical Writer produces the documentation that makes VistralNova's products usable without a conversation. That spans developer-facing documentation, API references, integration guides, internal engineering docs, and player-facing help. We build developer infrastructure, and for developer infrastructure documentation is not a nice-to-have layered on afterwards — it is a large part of the product. This role suits someone who reads code, asks engineers uncomfortable clarifying questions, and writes plainly.
What You'll Do
- Write and maintain developer documentation, API references, and integration guides.
- Turn engineering knowledge into documentation someone can follow unaided.
- Test your own instructions by actually following them.
- Maintain internal documentation so context is not trapped in individual heads.
- Write release notes, changelogs, and migration guides.
- Improve documentation structure so people find answers without searching blindly.
- Flag places where the product is confusing enough that documentation is a patch.
What We Look For
- Demonstrated technical writing, with samples you can share.
- Ability to read code and understand a system well enough to explain it.
- Clear, plain writing without padding.
- Experience with docs-as-code workflows and version control.
- Ability to interview engineers productively and extract what matters.
- Attention to accuracy — wrong documentation is worse than none.
- Comfort working independently across several product areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with crypto, wallets, or digital asset concepts.
- Information architecture or docs site experience.
- Experience writing for an audience whose first language is not English.
