About the Role
The Technical Project Manager keeps delivery moving across VistralNova's games, platform, AI systems, and digital asset products. This role is about scope, sequencing, dependencies, and communication — turning a set of intentions into a plan the team can actually execute, and keeping everyone honest about where things stand. We are small and remote, which means written clarity matters more than meetings, and the job is closer to unblocking engineers than to reporting on them. You will need enough technical fluency to ask the right questions and to know when an estimate is optimistic.
What You'll Do
- Plan and sequence delivery across engineering, design, game, and product work.
- Turn product intent into scoped, prioritised work with clear acceptance criteria.
- Track progress, surface risk early, and keep dependencies from becoming surprises.
- Run the small number of meetings worth running, and keep the rest in writing.
- Coordinate releases across teams, including QA verification and rollout.
- Keep documentation, decisions, and status current enough to be trusted.
- Remove blockers — including the ones nobody has escalated yet.
What We Look For
- Experience delivering software projects with engineering teams.
- Enough technical understanding to follow architectural discussion and challenge estimates.
- Strong written communication — this is a remote, asynchronous team.
- Ability to prioritise honestly when everything is described as urgent.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing scope in an early-stage environment.
- Judgment about process: enough to coordinate, not so much that it slows delivery.
- Willingness to chase details rather than assume they resolved themselves.
Nice to Have
- Experience with game development or live-service product cycles.
- Familiarity with crypto, digital asset, or wallet-connected products.
- Experience working across multiple timezones.
- Background in engineering, QA, or design before moving into delivery.
