Product Designer — UI/UX
About VistralNova
VistralNova is a technology company building developer tools, game systems, AI-powered experiences, and digital infrastructure for modern interactive products. Our work brings together software engineering, game design, artificial intelligence, and asset-ready infrastructure to help teams create products that are practical, scalable, and easier to trust.
We are evolving toward a flexible technical foundation aligned with Polkadot and PVM-based architecture. Our team values clean architecture, practical execution, strong engineering standards, and long-term product quality.
About the Role
The Product Designer will shape the end-to-end experience across VistralNova's games, dashboards, and digital asset products — from first-touch marketing pages to in-product flows like wallet connection, onboarding, and account management. You'll partner closely with engineering and product to turn complex systems (on-chain state, game progression, AI-driven features) into interfaces that feel simple and trustworthy. This role covers the full design process: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and collaboration through implementation.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user flows for web products, dashboards, and application forms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in a shared design system.
- Simplify complex or technical concepts (wallets, transactions, asset ownership) into clear interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation to protect design intent.
- Conduct or synthesize lightweight user research and usability feedback.
- Maintain and extend the design system as the product surface grows.
- Balance brand, usability, and technical constraints across multiple concurrent projects.
What We Look For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tools.
- Experience designing for web applications, not just marketing sites.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly to engineering and product stakeholders.
- Comfort working with ambiguous or technically complex product areas.
- Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design fundamentals.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for crypto, fintech, or other trust-sensitive products.
- Familiarity with game UI/UX or interactive product design.
- Experience building or maintaining a design system.
- Basic front-end literacy (HTML/CSS) to collaborate more fluently with engineers.
