About VistralNova
VistralNova is a Web3 gaming technology company focused on building intelligent, blockchain-powered gaming systems. Our work combines Polkadot-based infrastructure, digital asset ownership, AI-driven game intelligence, and scalable platform engineering to create modern gaming experiences with transparency, ownership, and long-term product value.
We are currently developing an AI-powered horse racing game where gameplay is built to be engaging first, while blockchain supports ownership, verifiable results, and digital asset systems. Our team values clean architecture, practical execution, strong engineering standards, and long-term product quality.
About the Role
The Lead Game Designer will define the core gameplay experience for VistralNova's Web3 gaming products. This role focuses on designing strong game loops, player progression, reward systems, and interactive mechanics while ensuring blockchain features feel natural and non-intrusive. You will work closely with game developers, blockchain engineers, AI engineers, product teams, and designers to create gameplay systems that are fun first, with Web3 features used to support ownership, transparency, and long-term player engagement. This role requires strong game design thinking, practical product judgment, and the ability to balance player experience with technical possibilities.
