About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for how people find VistralNova's products and why they stay. That covers acquisition across channels, positioning and messaging, content, campaigns, and the measurement underneath all of it. We build for developers, players, and teams — three audiences that respond to very different things and are alienated by the same generic marketing. This role suits someone who writes well, respects the audience's intelligence, and treats measurement as a way to learn rather than a way to look good.

What You'll Do

Own acquisition strategy and execution across the channels that work.
Develop positioning and messaging for distinct audiences.
Plan and run campaigns, then report what actually happened.
Produce and commission content: site copy, posts, launches, and email.
Build the measurement to know which effort is worth repeating.
Run experiments on funnels, landing pages, and messaging.
Work with product and devrel so marketing claims match the product.

Experience running paid and organic channels.
Ability to market technical products without hollow language.
